Emergency maintenance (Jan 25, 2012)

Dear client,

Beginning at 12:00 AM (Midnight) CST (6:00 AM UTC) on Jan 25, 2012 data center will be performing an emergency maintenance on a failing switch that is in front of some of our VPS Servers. This maintenance is on the Service Net Switch for the cabinet, so it will only effect traffic to the of the server. We have scheduled an hour for the maintenance, however we expect to not need the full hour window.
This maintenance will affect only a few virtual private servers and will not last more than 30 min.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
If you have any questions about this maintenance, please contact your Account Manager or Support team. We hope you understand that such maintenances are necessary to benefit you and your customers.

Scheduled Maintenance notification / Hardware upgrade

Dear client,

We will be migrating clients from the older servers to our new servers starting December 28, 2011 and until Jan  15, 2011 in time slot from 10PM  to 3AM (Eastern time).
Please note that although the maintenance window is 5 hours in duration, we do not expect any interruption to last the entire time (down time on each store is expected to be under 15 min). This will affect only the clients on 420 series servers. We will place a test order in every store after it's moved to a new server.

P.S. Our technical support team is on holiday schedule from December 24 to January 8 and support will be limited to the support board and email during that time.
All servers are still monitored 24/7 by our technicians at the data centers and emergency support is available 24/7 as usual.
